– We had come to a point in terms of sales where more resources were needed, as well as a more structured way of thinking. The important thing for the owner at this point, was that the company should remain intact. The decentralised way of working is a strong part of Indutrade's DNA. This is reflected in that an employee at GPA can have a great idea in the morning, and by lunchtime we've implemented it.
– When we were acquired, the company had about 30 million in sales. Today, our goal is 180 million, with nearly 30 as a profit, Per-Olow says.
