Indutrade issues a new bond amounting to SEK 1,300 million

Indutrade AB (publ) has issued a senior unsecured bond amounting to SEK 1,300 million with a tenor of 5 years.

The floating rate bond was issued at a margin of 1.13% against three months STIBOR. The transaction generated strong investor demand.

The proceeds from the bond issue will be used for refinancing of existing loans and for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions. Indutrade will apply for the new bond to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm's Corporate Bond List.

Danske Bank and SEB acted as Joint Bookrunners in connection with the new bond issue.
